Hi kevin i like the Kohaku its got a very nice shape to it and outstanding white (shiro) is that one you bought from tim?. I think the showa is one from tims place. It has very strong red (hi) and black (sumi) for a young fish.

Hi Stew,
Thats a realy nice Showa you have there and it looks like it has alot of underlying sumi from what i can see in your photo, A good friend of mine has several Isa showa and just like the Dainichi koi they tend to take between 5 and 7 years to finish, so I think that you have alot of interesting years ahead of you there.
